The scientific article explores the phenomenon of Internet democracy as a non-essential phenomenon of globalization. The growth of virtual space and at the same time the strengthening of virtual social relations in society are particularly noted. Also, the processes of formation of e-democracy in the realities of Uzbekistan are analyzed.
