Digital economy and its impact on economic growth: Russian and global trends

The article is devoted to the prospects for the development of the digital economy and its impact on economic growth. The author explores the prospects for the digital transformation of the economic system through the creation of new industries and the expansion of traditional ones. Two ways of digital transformation are considered: "digital industrialization" and "industrial digitalization". The dynamics of Russia's position in the world ranking of digital competitiveness is analyzed.
