Digital economy and new requirements for the management of industrial cooperation in machine-builders

In the presented article, a modern approach to the management of industrial cooperation of machine-building enterprises, based on the transition to a new model, called the “digital economy”, is considered. At present, it is the level of digitalization in the world engineering market that determines the level of competitiveness of products and the country as a whole. Creation of digital models of management of industrial cooperation of machine-building enterprises during the transition to a digital economy is the basis for ensuring the synergy effect from the implementation of various projects for the implementation of information management systems in each individual enterprise of the holding. The interaction between enterprises with participation in the system of industrial cooperation is realized with greater speed, at many levels of cooperation at the same time and often at a considerable distance, the supplying enterprises from each other.
