The aim of the work is to analyze the level of digitalization in the international company Toyota and to develop measures for the implementation of digital technologies in the company's management system. To achieve the research goal, the following tasks were solved in the work: to study the theoretical aspects of digitalization and to analyze Russian and foreign digitalization practices; analyze the level of digitalization of Toyota, identify the types of digital technologies used and consider methods for assessing its effectiveness; identify the problems of Toyota in the implementation and use of digital technologies; to develop measures for the introduction of digital technologies to increase the efficiency of the international company Toyota and assess their effectiveness.
