Digital economy of Russia: essence and structure

The essence of the digital economy is revealed in the article, the author's model of the digital human is proposed, the structure of the digital economy based on the RAEC study is disclosed. The digital human model is represented by three levels: basis, center and creative. The essence of the digital economy is reflected through its main forms of manifestation. The structure of the digital economy is represented through seven hubs and ten slices of the seven hubs of the digital economy ecosystem: analytics and data, development and design, API and BIGDATA, HARDWARE, regulation, business models, MOBILE, platforms, Internet of things, startups and investments.
