Digital economics - new stage of Russian economic system development

Main attention of the paper is paid to consideration of peculiarities and background for digital economics development. Present work is describing relevance factors for upgrade of population welfare; main development prospects of this economics sector in the RF are highlighted, regarding all risks and problems. Main «digitalization» platforms are considered, as well as experience of digital economics development in the foreign countries.
