Digital economy: state and prospects of domestic cloud services

The relevance of a research is caused by implementation of the strategy of development for the information technologies (IT) and the IT market in modern conditions. The purpose of article is the attempt to consider the questions connected with the new trends in IT defining development of full information production and society – digitalization of IT, and in particular, with cloud computing. Specifics of this new direction of the information industry is that it defines the work involving in production of different specialists: analysts, business analysts, programmers, designers of databases, management systems enterprises, workers of all levels of public institutions, normal ultimate users. Authors tried to define structure and models of cloud computing, their place in digitalizations, merits and demerits, a status of the markets of digital and cloud computing in Russia and abroad, perspectives of development and factors of influence.
