In the oil and gas production and processing industries, there are still no methods and equipment for operational measurement of the concentration of organochlorine compounds (COC) of products. To determine the component composition of products, laboratory analysis methods are usually used by sampling and conducting studies. The materials present an innovative domestic method based on an industrial domestic analyzer with expanded functionality through the use of a detector selective to organochlorine compounds and an automatic sampler. The technique uses the domestic regulatory and scientific base and is implemented on the basis of the permitted method of equilibrium vapor-phase extraction of substances with subsequent chromatographic separation on highly efficient capillary columns. The tests carried out confirmed the high efficiency and accuracy of measurements and provided the possibility of organizing industry and national product quality systems at a low cost of product analyses.
