Digital shadow of the advocate

Purpose: To identify and problematize such phenomena as «digital shadow of the advocate» and «digital copy of the advocate». Methods: Statistical, hermeneutic and comparative legal method were used. Results: The problem of «smuggling» appearance in the digital world of digital shadows of the advocate and advocate’s self-government bodies was identified. Novelty/originality/value: Lack of research on digital shadows and digital copies as applied to social life. The author’s use of statistical data in the field of online life of members of the advocates community testifies to originality. The scientific value nature of the study is evidenced by the recommendations that the author puts forward, based on the idea of a «digital shadow of the advocate».
