Digital transformation of business processes in the modern conditions of innovative economy development

This article highlights the need for active digitalization of business processes as an innovative development direction for domestic enterprises. It presents the results of a multiple content analysis of international research experience and successful practices in the field of digitalization of business activities at international companies. It demonstrates that the observed digital transformation of business processes represents a real strategic tool for Russian enterprises in the modern innovative economy. The application of predictive analytics and Big Data technologies by modern organizations is examined in detail. A model for adapting Big Data for practical implementation in organizational business processes is presented, and based on this, recommendations for companies’ transition to innovative development and digital transformation are developed. It is concluded that the implementation of advanced digital tools will ensure an accelerated transformation of the traditional functional form of management to a process-oriented model of company development based on the integration of innovation, Big Data, predictive analytics technologies, and artificial intelligence.
