Digital transformation of public administration in the Russian Federation: tasks, problems and methods of effectiveness assessment

Effective public administration has been the subject of scientific discussion for quite a long time. The need to implement standards for effective public administration today is superimposed by the spread of the latest digital technologies, which are intensively penetrating state and public life. The practice of providing remote government services, increasing their speed, quality and convenience for the population, is based on the widespread use of modern software and hardware systems, which in turn leads to optimization of the entire public administration system. In this study, the author identifies the key problems and tasks of the digital transformation of public administration in the Russian Federation. The article describes methods for assessing the effectiveness of this process.
