Digital transformation of the economy: trend analysis in the context of institutional economic theories (part 1)

In this article, the authors consider current trends and patterns that reflect objective processes into economic life of modern society. The research methodology is based on an interdisciplinary approach with a focus on studying the social and economic nature of trends that affect not only the behavior of individual market actors, but also the market dynamics in general. The authors attempt to describe such trends in the prism of institutional economic theories and characterize them in context of digital economy.
