At the present stage, digitalization penetrates all spheres of human activity, subordinating economic development in an effort to improve the efficiency and quality of products, services and quality of life in modern society. To achieve the goals of digitalization, the Russian Federation adopted at the state level a number of documents defining the strategic direction of economic development in accordance with developed global trends in digitalization, which, in turn, creates new competitive conditions for enterprises and organizations and affects key quality management processes. In scientific sources, the concept of “digitalization” is interpreted as the transfer of information into digital form, leading to a significant reduction in costs and the opening of new prospects for technological, economic, social development of society. In economics, digitalization is considered from the point of view of a driver for increasing production efficiency and improving the quality of products and services due to the effects of the use of digital technologies...
