Digital transformation of the industrial sector of the economy

The article is devoted to the analysis of the state of digitalization of the industry in Russia. Based on a comparison of the level of digital transformation of industrialized countries and Russia, an assessment of the level of penetration of digital technologies in the Russian economy as a whole and at enterprises of the engineering complex, in particular, was carried out. The structure of interaction of modern information systems in the production (life) cycle of the enterprise is considered. The main directions of industrial policy in the field of stimulating the digital transformation of the machine-building complex are highlighted.
