The article examines the results of digital transformation in the field of electronic retail during the coronavirus pandemic. The problems and prospects of the development of e-retail trade and the processes of digital transformation are identified. It is emphasized that the introduction of digital platforms in the trading business allows you to create a new ecosystem that unites all market participants with mutual benefits from integration, while the consumer has more power than others. The article reveals the importance offur-ther development of electronic trading platforms-marketplaces that are created on the terms of network interaction and enable its participants to enter new markets, increase revenue and efficiency.
