Digital transformation of the cultural sphere

With the development and deepening of the globalization processes around the world, digitalization in the field of culture involves the widespread use of innovations in the cultural and creative sectors. This is due both to the adaptation of the processes for providing educational services and professional training in the f ield of culture, and to the proble m s olv ing of protec ting intellectual proper ty rights, protecting the rights to online distribution of au di ov i su al produ c ts, and e stabli shing and f unc ti oning the appropr i ate legislative framework. Thus, culture, being the basic development element of any society, also falls under the inf luence of digitalization. However, it is the preservation of national cultural values, the cultural and national identity of the Russian people in the context of the global digital society development that should become the primary task of the state.
