Digital transformation of the public administration system of the Russian Federation for the implementation of the model of the “service state”

The article presents the results of a study of the transformation of the public administration system, which is associated with the introduction of the “service state” model in our country in the context of the digitalization of society. The possibilities of increasing the effectiveness and efficiency of the state social policy associated with the transition to the “Social Treasury” system are identified. Special attention is paid to the digitalization of financial control in the financial and budgetary sphere. The risks of digital transformation of public administration are identified.
