Digitalization of the information technology support service in an energy sales and gas transportation organization

In this article the stages of the organization’s business process automation are discussed in the context of the organization life cycle approach based on a project of automation of business processes within an energy sales and gas transportation organization. The main tasks that were implemented with the help of a software product from a major Russian developer are described. The list of activities that were carried out within the software product of this project is described below. Due to the implementation of the software product, a number of processes were optimized and the customer was able to obtain a positive result in a short period of time. However, not all the functionality of the software product was used, and secondary processes remained that can be automated in the future.
