Digital transformation of social policy as a mechanism for improving the quality of life in the Kyrgyz Republic

This research paper examines the role of digital transformation in rethinking social policy in Kyrgyzstan through major initiatives in e-governance, digital health, and trade facilitation, and analyzes the impact of these initiatives on some very important quality of life indicators, such as access to health care and education, as well as economic opportunities. The study provides recommended actions to maintain and further develop digital transformation measures that will maximize social policy outcomes.
