Digital transformation of modern supply chains and their transition to a single digital ecosystem

A number of modern crises have exacerbated the problems in the world commodity markets. Supply chains are currently the most severely affected. Innovative technologies have become the main decisions taken to restore data chains. Digitalization of logistics is associated with the rejection of traditional supply chains to a multimodal form to optimize processes, which allows the company to reduce costs and increase efficiency. On the other hand, digitalization entails a change in the business model due to the active use of digital technologies. Such models are aimed at effective management of operational processes, interaction with customers and making a profit. This article discusses the use of modern digital technologies in logistics, as well as the transformation of traditional supply chains against the background of the crisis into a single ecosystem.
