Strategy of digital transformation of the subjects of the Russian economy

The article substantiates the relevance of the use of digital tools in the construction of business processes by domestic corporations during the Covid-19 pandemic and in the conditions of accelerating digital transformation around the world. It is noted that it is necessary to build companies ‘business processes on the basis of digital technologies and in the digital space with the support of the state, which allows reducing transaction costs and expanding the scope of companies’ activities, ensuring a sustainable socio-economic effect. The authors study the modern features of the digital transformation of business processes of domestic subjects of the Russian economy of the financial and raw materials sectors of the economy. An analysis of the financial and non-financial indicators of individual Russian companies that have implemented digital technologies has allowed us to conclude that their costs have been reduced, production and service delivery volumes have increased, and financial and economic activity has improved, which proves the effectiveness of companies ‘ digital strategies. In domestic practice, the process of digital transformation is inextricably linked with the use of digital platforms, business ecosystems, interaction with customers through digital channels, which contributes to increasing the speed of product placement in target markets and the introduction of innovations. The authors of the article identify the prospects for activating the digital transformation of business processes for economic agents of the domestic economy.
