Digital information on the business mechanism of industrial corporations

The modern stage of economic development is characterized by the spread and use of digital technologies, automation of all processes and technologies of data processing takes place. The organizational and economic mechanism of functioning of industrial corporations reveals their structural organization, internal interaction of structural levels and interaction of the corporation with the external environment in the process of production and economic activity. This allows you to take into account the peculiarities of organizational and economic subsystems and the structural and functional properties of the functioning of industrial corporations through the unity of various structures and processes. The development of the digital economy leads to the need to create a single design and technological information space of an industrial corporation for product lifecycle management based on CALS/PLM technologies. CALS/PLM technologies will lead to the implementation of automatic design systems and equipment with numerical software control. The scheme proposed in the work of the organizational and economic mechanism of the industrial corporation’s functioning, taking into account the digitalization of economic activity, leads to the transition to the information space and the formation of virtual production. The organization of production in the plane of information technologies is based on the distribution in space and time of the process of creating information (design) about the product design (CAD), production technology (CAM), engineering analysis (CAE), project (PDM) and production (ERP). The implementation and distribution of CAD/CAM/CAE/PDM/ERP systems will lead to the creation of virtual manufacturing between industrial corporations of various industries.
