Digitalization of staff audit and controlling: practical cases and implementation efficiency

The article is devoted to the study of digitalization of personnel audit and controlling using the example of leading Russian telecommunications companies - MTS, Beeline and Tele2. The study examines modern approaches to the implementation of digital technologies in personnel management and audit processes, analyzes the tools and methods used by these companies, and evaluates the effectiveness of their implementation. Specific cases are given: the use of big data analytics by MTS to optimize HR processes, audit automation in Beeline using BI tools, and the use of cloud solutions for personnel controlling by Tele2. The study includes an analysis of the impact of digitalization on increasing transparency, speed of decision-making and reducing costs, providing practical examples and recommendations for other companies in the telecommunications sector.
