Digitalization of business processes: key problems and implementation errors

The article analyzes the problems of development and mistakes of companies in the introduction of digital technologies, prospects for the growth of production efficiency. Approaches in the organization of business process management are considered, taking into account the need for their automation. Recommendations are proposed to eliminate the identified problems.
