The digitalization of the access to information about mediation

The article deals with the process of mediation digitalization in terms of citizens' access to information about this alternative dispute resolution procedure. In the article the author analyzes the problem of low awareness of the population about mediation, the reasons and ways to overcome it, as well as the forms and ways of participation of state and municipal authorities, non - profit organizations of mediators in ensuring the availability of information about mediation for citizens. In addition, the issue of information transparency in the provision of mediation services is raised.
