The article analyzes the changes in the competitiveness of domestic agri-food products due to various factors: changes in product prices, growth in demand for agri-food products on the world market, and an increase in production volumes. Given the increasing investment attractiveness of the agro-industrial sector, increasing exports of agri-food products requires the search for new factors to improve the competitiveness of domestic products. It is necessary to introduce digitalization tools into all production and sales chains of the agro-industrial complex, which will reduce costs based on technical and technological renewal of agricultural production, processing and marketing of products, increase labor productivity, and in general the competitiveness of the agricultural sector of the economy.
