Digitalization as a factor of increasing labor productivity: the experience of Rosatom State Corporation

The article examines the impact of digitalization on increasing labor productivity using the example of Rosatom State Corporation. The theoretical aspects of the digital transformation of industrial enterprises are considered, the main problems and factors affecting labor productivity in the Russian industry are analyzed. Special attention is paid to the experience of digital transformation of Rosatom State Corporation, including an analysis of the digitalization strategy, specific implemented solutions and achieved results. An assessment of the effectiveness of the implementation of digital solutions in the corporation's activities, including economic and social effects, is presented. Key problems have been identified and promising directions for the development of digital transformation until 2030 have been identified. Based on the conducted research, recommendations have been formulated to increase labor productivity through digitalization, which can be used by other industrial enterprises.
