Digitalization as an element of ensuring the protection of rights, freedoms and legitimate interests

At the moment, the world community is focused on solving the most serious problems of the world, such as the need for effective access to justice. For the Russian Federation, promoting the aspirations of the world community is an important part in the implementation of national interests in domestic and foreign policy. And digitalization of the spheres of public life is an additional tool for ensuring the protection of the rights, freedoms and legitimate interests of Russian citizens and organizations. Object of the article - to analyze the actual features of digitalization of mechanisms that ensure the implementation and protection of the rights, freedoms and legitimate interests of Russian citizens and organizations. This article examines some relevant factors influencing the effectiveness of digitalization of mechanisms that ensure the implementation and protection of the rights, freedoms and legitimate interests of Russian citizens and organizations, identifies future trends and proposes recommendations for improving some areas of public life. The article concludes that digitalization of spheres of public life, including taking into account international experience, can contribute to the improvement of mechanisms that ensure the implementation and protection of rights, freedoms and legitimate interests and, in the future, can become an investment in ensuring the well-being and prosperity of present and future generations of Russian citizens, as well as contribute to the achievement of a harmonious state of the entire world community.
