The article discusses the philosophical and theological roots of modern process of total digitalization of culture. The author sees these roots in modern mathematical natural science, which is closely connected with the philosophy of Platonism. A. F. Losev»s researches devoted to incompatibility of Platonism and Christian anthropology are discussed. In light of the latter, a critique of transhumanism is given.
