Digitalization, networkization of post-modern society and the development of digital criminology and deviantology

Introduction: the article analyses the state of current post-modern society under digital deviance of society. New global challenges require the development of integrated social and technological knowledge in the subject field of such new areas of the science as digital deviantology and digital criminology. Materials and Methods: the author attempted to systemize principles of new theoretical works on cyberdeviance and cybercrime, generalize Internet-surveys. English and domestic sources collected by the author had been processed by qualitative content analysis. Results: digitalization and networkization have become new dimensions of society. Along with progressive changes, they have created unprecedented opportunities for theft, fraud, hacking, violence and other new forms of negative deviance in cyberspace.
