Digitalization in services sphere

The article is devoted to the issue of introduction of digitalization in the Republic of Kazakhstan, namely digitalization in the sphere of services. The positive effect is related to the specifics of the services market. One of the expected negative moments is an increase in unemployment. In general, the positive economic and social effect from the introduction of digitalization should exceed all negative aspects.
