Digitalization in the system of feudal economy of Russia

Various concepts of the term “digitalization” are considered. The characteristic of the feudal economy of Russia, its features are given. It is emphasized that digitalization in the absence of developed branches of engineering and instrumentation is not able to boost the Russian economy. It is concluded that in order to get out of this situation, fundamental changes in the economic and political system of the state are necessary.
