Digitalization of higher education in the Republic of Belarus: methodological aspect

The article is devoted to the development of scientific and methodological foundations of the digital transformation of higher education in the Republic of Belarus. The legal foundations of the digitalization strategy of higher education are outlined. The author’s interpretation of the methodology of digital transformation of the higher education system is disclosed, taking into account the nature of the European recommendations on eight key competencies of the 21st century. The basic priorities of the digital transformation of the higher education system are identified. The didactic units of the digital module of educational programs and their meaningful content are formulated. The directions of digitalization of higher education as a structural basis for building a national knowledge economy are disclosed.
