Digital raiding - a new way of fraud in the field of lending

Introduction: the article deals with the problems of criminal and legislative regulation of relations in the field of lending, by countering digital raiding. Materials and methods: the normative basis of the study is the current criminal legislation regulating legal relations in the field of lending. The results of the study: the author’s position of ensuring information security on the territory of the Russian Federation, by creating the boundaries of the Internet space and revising the current principles of criminal legislation in the framework of countering fraud in the field of lending and other crimes committed using remote technologies, is considered. Findings and conclusions: fraud in the field of lending using remote technologies is fraught with a potential risk of causing significant harm to the population of the country, the credit and financial system and the national security of the Russian Federation.
