The scientific article examines digital construction, which is just beginning its development in the Russian Federation on the basis of a single electronic cartographic base with georeference for the main agglomerations. The object of the research is construction companies that are residents of Russia and carry out their activities in this territory. The subject of research is digital construction, the introduction of which will reduce the investment and construction cycle of facilities, and increase labor productivity. Digital construction implies the creation of a smart ecosystem of the construction industry (management of the “life cycle” of the construction). A scientific problem that needs to be solved is a reduction in bureaucratic procedures, a reduction in business processes that require unnecessary costs and other barriers for fast construction and paperwork on time. The purpose of the research is to model the processes of the subject area in the digital construction of Russia. The scientific novelty of the research consists in the following points: a model of processes in digital construction based on a single electronic cartographic base with georeferencing for the main agglomerations is presented; measures to reduce the investment and construction cycle of facilities are presented. In scientific work, the following methods of scientific knowledge of research materials were used: analysis, deduction, analogy and modeling. The author sees research prospects in the further development of the problems of introducing a smart ecosystem in the construction industry, digitalization of construction organizations.
