The article examines the specifics of the organization of bank financial management in the context of the need to switch to a digital resource, taking into account such a "side" effect as cyber threats. The transition of the banking sector to digital format is a modern requirement that competitive structures must meet. In this aspect, the financial sector cannot be outside the global economic trends. Unfortunately, apart from competitive advantages, the financial structure becomes vulnerable to cybercriminals who aim to destabilize work, gain access to data and enrich themselves illegally. This forces banking structures to engage not only in improving the financial management system, but also in developing reliable systems to protect against cyber vulnerabilities, to be ahead of cyber intruders, thereby ensuring reliable operation without losing their reputation or losing their rating positions.
