Digital divide: danger of social and economic development of Russia

The article considers the concept of the "digital divide" and identifies the immediate threats to Russia from the point of view of socio-economic development. The authors propose solutions to potential problems, focusing on the activities of the government of our country and trying to mitigate or partially eliminate potential threats.
