Digital ruble: a new era of money technologies

This article highlights the key questions about how the digital ruble is being introduced in Russia and what its role is against the background of new money settlement technologies. The main aspects of the digital ruble concept are presented, including the functionality of smart contracts, terms of use and tracking of digital rubles.
