Digital of financial assets as the basis of state-private partnership

The article investigates the aspects of digital financial technologies development both in the Russian Federation and abroad. In particular, the implementation of these technologies is considered on the example of creating new types of digital financial assets, including tokens and cryptocurrencies. The mechanism of financing venture projects by issuing tokens on the basis of ICO is investigated. The issue infrastructure associated with the ICO of tokens was studied and a conclusion was made about a certain monopolization of this type of infrastructure services. The data on the facts of the use of fraudulent schemes in the financing of projects using ICO tokens are presented. The application of schemes for the transfer of funds from the country using cryptocurrency, both inthe Russian Federation and in the United States of America.
