Digital financial technologies: economic content of virtual assets of the Kyrgyz Republic

The article considers the issues of modern financial technologies as a tool for legal regulation of virtual assets turnover. The modern economy is inextricably linked with the turnover of virtual assets, and this applies not only to isolated mining, circulation and transactions - they are involved in one way or another in almost all areas of social production. The scientific significance of the research topic is determined by the systematization of the methodological foundations of the economic content of virtual assets turnover associated with the development of modern financial technologies, both as an independent object of civil law and as a means of certifying property and (or) non-property rights, including rights of claim to other objects of civil rights in modern conditions. The purpose of the study is to study the issues of virtual assets turnover in conditions when virtual assets are not a means of payment or currency in the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic, and at the same time, when virtual assets turnover has received recognition from the world community and is actively penetrating into various areas of financial activity.
