Digitalization of business processes in the context of servitization is crucial for agricultural engineering companies, as it helps them address issues related to food security and increased competitiveness through the addition of intellectual services to traditional ones. However, Russian manufacturers of agricultural machinery are characterized by a lack of integration of IT solutions in their service business processes. The aim of this paper is to examine the process of digital innovation introduction into the business processes of servitization of domestic agricultural machinery providers and to suggest recommendations for integrating digital solutions into product services. The research methods include literature review and statistical analysis. As a result, it was demonstrated that digital servitization represents a global trend in agricultural machinery companies’ development. The main benefits of integrating digital solutions into the business processes of servitization are reflected in efficiency growth of post-sales interactions, ensuring the optimal operation of used equipment and its timely and high-quality maintenance and repair. The processes of introducing digital innovation into the service sector of the domestic agricultural industry are analyzed. It was shown that the domestic agricultural machinery industry, despite demonstrated growth rates in digitalization, is behind the indicators of digital development achieved by foreign competitors. Directions for implementing IT solutions in the field of service for agricultural machinery enterprises and expected results are identified. It is concluded that servitization in agricultural machinery will provide the greatest value for farms when providing integrated solutions that support all stages of a product’s life cycle. This study contributes to the understanding of the potential of digital servitization in the agricultural machinery industry, allowing us to view the product-as-a-service model as a promising avenue for business development.
