This paper presents the results of research on the formation of digital competencies of employees in recruitment and modeling of their digital competencies. The purpose of this research work was to present a set of digital competencies of a modern recruiter. Based on the results of the study, the general and professional digital competencies of recruiters from recruitment agencies and recruiters engaged in internal recruitment in companies are presented. It was also found out that at each stage of the recruiter's work, it is necessary to work with technologies and programs. The general model of digital competencies of the recruiter is compiled.
