Digital rights as a new kind of property rights

The authors analyze novels of civil legislation concerning the introduction of the concept of «digital law» and new legal categories mediating relations in the so-called digital environment. Consider different approaches to understanding the content of the legal category «digital law», reveal its essence. They draw a conclusion about the importance of creating the institutional framework for relations in the digital environment and the need to finalize the amendments and additions proposed by the legislator to existing legislative acts.
