Digital technologies as a tool to improve the efficiency of project management in the development of rural areas

The article updates that the use and active implementation of innovative and digital technologies provides a new paradigm for project management of the development of rural territorial entities. The dynamics of individual indicators of the functioning of the agricultural sector of rural territorial entities of the federal subject is considered on the example of Bashkortostan. An assessment of key indicators reflecting the innovative development of organizations and enterprises on a national scale is given. Based on the content analysis carried out, certain areas of efficiency and advantages of using digital technologies in the project management of the development of rural territorial entities were identified. It is summarized that the use of a project approach based on the principles of the development of digitalization and digital economy, from the standpoint of strengthening human capital, will effectively solve the problems of management and management in rural areas and settlements of the region.
