The article substantiates that the interdisciplinary subject structure of the present study includes three main components: civilistic theory, ethics (moral law) and art. The conclusion is drawn that these categories are interrelated and interdependent. It is emphasized that the link between law, morality and the arts has been established since Celsus' formula: law is the art of goodness and justice. The interaction of these categories is underlined, which manifests itself in the phenomenon of reflection of legal phenomena and conflicts in folklore, world literature and fine arts, as well as in the improvement of means of legal regulation and craftsmanship in the drafting of legal documents. Key definitions are justified and formulated to reveal the content of the studied categories, since the definable concepts are ambiguously interpreted in the scientific and academic literature.
