Showing the results of an empirical study on the relationship of anxiety with different indices of the teacher’s competence on a sample n = 122, and discussing about consequences of anxiety in the work of the teacher, the attitude to it and opportunity to reflect about this for in-depth development of human personality are considered in the article.
