Colour revolutions: should they be considered as the default of globalization?

The article deals with the problem of colour revolutions in the context of globalization. The author notes that the benefits of cultural and political globalization are one-sided and can be useful for a limited number of countries - the world leaders who do not fulfill the obligations towards the weaker states. In this context, the author describes tactical and strategic methods of opposition to colour revolutions on the part of the modern Russia.
