"Color revolutions": theories and techniques

The paper attempts to give a historical analysis of the theoretical grounds for constructing a scenario of a "color revolution". A "color revolution" is presented as a kind of political conflict; a brief analysis of the technological cycle of a "color revolution" is also given.
