Suburbanization with dachas: outlooks and opportunities

The article analyzes one of the causes of transport and socio-economic problems in the Moscow region - Daily, weekly and seasonal migration due to temporary or permanent stay of citizens in the garden and suburban areas belonging to them. The conclusion is that these problems can be alleviated by the further development of cottage and horticultural systems in the first place due to forces and assets themselves owners of sites with minimal assistance of state authorities or local self-government. It can also contribute to solving the housing problem in Moscow. The author proposes concrete steps to further accelerate the onset of positive processes in the region suburbanization villa.
