Donation Between Spouses: Dogmatic and Comparative Legal Aspects

The purpose of this work is to identify and define the characteristics of gifts between spouses from a dogmatic point of view in a comparative legal context. The features of the legal qualification and legal consequences of gifts made between spouses depend on the chosen property regime, which may or may not form joint property.
